We’re more than happy to provide guests with a thorough consultation guide to renting in Israel and helping to coordinate any additional services such as private parking or personal concierge for your stay.


Easy Bookings

Complete your rental reservation using the booking form found on the listing page of your selected accommodation. However at IsraelApt we understand that some of our respected clientele may prefer to complete their bookings directly with a live associate.

Guests preferring to book directly with an IsraelApt representative are encouraged to send us an e-mail using the “get a quote” form from any rental’s listing page, and include expected dates of travel and the selected listing’s apartment ID. IsraelApt as well welcomes guests to call directly, and we’ll be happy to book your desired accommodation for you.


Pre-departure

After receiving a booking confirmation, guests will receive an invoice and arrival instructions via e-mail. Bookings are made at an included fee of $24.50 USD and require a deposit (payable by credit card) in addition to the total balance payment requested at check-in.

Note that rental utilities are included, except for electricity, which will be charged according to the meter at 0.65/ILS per kilowatt. Guests should also be aware that a standard cleaning fee of $65 USD may apply to select bookings and cleaning fees for larger accommodations will be higher.


Check-in Time

A member of the IsraelApt team member will be on hand to welcome you for your arrival on location at your rental accommodation. We kindly request that guests follow their provided arrival instructions and inform us by telephone or e-mail of their estimated arrival time to the rental. Unless prior notification is given, an IsraelApt team member will not be present for your arrival.

We request that the rental balance be fully paid in cash upon check-in. Hours for check-in are from 3pm to 9pm. However if an alternative check-in time is necessary, we ask for notification of at least one day.


Check-out + Review

Prior to your arrival please have made sure to have already indicated to IsraelApt your estimated time of departure by e-mail to admin@israelapt.com. Check-out must be completed by noon on the day of your departure, but if need be we’ll make our utmost effort to facilitate a check-out later in the day. Prior notification for a late check-out request is absolutely necessary for any accommodation to be made.
