How do I reset my password?
• Forgotten password: if you cannot log in to your IsraelApt account, please visit www.israelapt.com/forgot_password. Enter the email address you use for Airbnb, and you’ll be emailed a link to reset your password. If you forgot your password and you’re already logged in to Airbnb, first log out of your account, then click on the link. • Change password: you can change your password from your Account > Guest Panel> My Profile > My Pasword. In order to change your password to a new password, you need to know your current password. • Facebook login: if you created an IsraelApt account by connecting to Facebook, you were not required to create a password. How do I add my property to the IsraelApt.com marketing channel?
You can click on https://israelapt.com/OwnerArea/AddPropertyStepOne to and fill in the details with your property information. This information will be reviewed by our team and you will be notified and published within 48hours.

How does IsraelApt.com work?
IsraelApt.com offers our clients quality accommodation in Tel Aviv below hotel prices. We handle a large collection of apartments in Tel Aviv to suit everyone’s needs include corporate and holiday travelers as well as large groups. Each apartment has been handpicked by us and we connect our clients to the owners or management companies of the apartment of interest.

How do I accept a reservation?
By clicking the approve button on the deal alert you accept the terms of the reservation, the deposit will be charged and the client will be required to sign the contract. Client is liable for the terms of the agreement and it will be enforced in event there is any conflict.

How does IsraelApt.com handle security deposits?
Security deposits help cover accidents that may occur during a reservation, like broken furniture or any damage to an apartment, or unreturned key. A security deposit is held before a reservation is booked. Security deposits will not be handled off-site in cash, as off-site payments are a violation of our terms. When a reservation is accepted, the security deposit details and guest's payment information is stored. An authorizations will be made to the clients card prior to check in and will only be charged if a supplier make a needs to make a legitimate claim. A host has 48 hours after the checkout date to make a claim on the security deposit. If a host makes a claim on the security deposit, we mediate and collect payment from the client, as necessary. Please read details on the claim process as a client or supplier. Security deposits are not included in the total cost of a listing, and we do not charge service fees on handling the authorizations of security deposits.

How does the IsraelApt payment system work?
When a reservation is accepted, the payment is processed and collected by IsraelApt. Whether the reservation is two days or two months away, we hold the payment until 72 hours after check-in before releasing the funds. This gives both parties time to do a walkthrough upon check-in and make sure that everything is as expected.

How do I get paid?
IsraelApt releases your payout approximately 72 hours after your guest arrives.* Payouts for long-term reservations occur on a monthly basis. After we release the payout, it takes some additional time for the money to arrive depending on your payment processor. Average processing time per payout method: • ACH / Direct deposit: up to 3 business days • Bank transfer / International wire: 3 to 7 business days

What is the cancellation policy on bookings?
Booking fee ($24.50) - Non-refundable + any additional processing fees. 60+ Days - 20% processing fee 60 Days or less - 30% ( the reservation deposit ) of the rental 30 days or less - 50% of the rental 14 days or less - 75% of the rental 7 days or less- Full rental payment *cancellation policies vary according to the owners of selected apartments please see your reservation contract for more information.

How do I add my payout method?
Please visit your Account-----> Payout Bank Information -----> Add Payout Bank Informaton. When providing us your bank account information for the first time, we verify it before sending you a payout by depositing a small sum around $1 USD or less to your account. This is to make sure we avoid sending money to the wrong account. Go ahead and keep the change! It's on us. Your bank account will not be automatically verified. Instead, its status will change to pending verification. When the status of your bank account updates to ready, you'll be able to receive payouts. We only need to verify the account once, and it usually takes three business days. There are 4 different statuses your account may have: • New: the payout method is editable; we cannot send payouts to this payout method • Ready: the payout method is not editable; we can send payouts to this payout method • Pending: the payout method is not editable; look for a small deposit in your bank account • Error: please remove this payout method and add a new payout method; we cannot send payouts to this payout method
